Any reference to possible forms, common packages, document checklists, public agency resources, or third-party links is provided only as general administrative information for client-directed document preparation. It is not a legal recommendation, legal conclusion, or assurance that any form is correct, required, sufficient, timely, or appropriate for your situation.
If you require legal advice, you should consult a licensed attorney. For immigration matters, you may also consult an accredited representative recognized by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
Imverica provides document preparation services including but not limited to:
All services are performed at the specific direction of the client. By engaging Imverica's services, you represent and warrant that:
You acknowledge that any inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in the information you provide may result in the rejection, delay, or denial of applications or filings, and that Imverica bears no responsibility for such outcomes resulting from client-provided information.
Fees for document preparation services are quoted on a flat-fee basis prior to commencement of work. All fees are for document preparation services only and do not include government filing fees, court filing fees, translation fees (unless specified), notary fees (unless specified), or attorney fees.
Payment is due as agreed upon at the time of engagement. Imverica reserves the right to withhold delivery of completed documents until full payment has been received. All fees are non-refundable once document preparation has commenced, except as required by California law.
Government filing fees are paid directly by the client to the applicable government agency. Imverica does not collect or forward government filing fees on behalf of clients.
Imverica provides an online client portal for the submission of documents and information. By submitting documents through our portal, you:

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED BELOW, YOU AND IMVERICA AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, OUR SERVICES, OR YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH IMVERICA (COLLECTIVELY, "DISPUTES") SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION, RATHER THAN IN COURT.
Arbitration shall be conducted by JAMS (Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services) pursuant to its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, or if JAMS is unavailable, by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Sacramento County, California, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise. The arbitrator shall apply California law consistent with the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.).
YOU AND IMVERICA EACH AGREE THAT ANY ARBITRATION OR OTHER LEGAL PROCEEDING SHALL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO COMBINE OR AGGREGATE CLAIMS, CONDUCT CLASS PROCEEDINGS, OR MAKE AWARDS TO ANY GROUP OR CLASS OF PARTIES.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration. Claims within the jurisdiction of California Small Claims Court may be brought in that court.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to Imverica Legal Solutions within 30 days of first accepting these Terms of Service. Your notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For any matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
Pursuant to California Business and Professions Code § 6410, Imverica is required to provide clients with a written contract before performing any services. The contract must include:
Imverica complies with applicable requirements of the California Legal Document Assistant Act and California immigration consultant laws. Clients have the right to rescind any contract with an LDA within 24 hours of signing.
Imverica is not a federally accredited immigration representative and is not authorized to practice immigration law. For immigration matters, Imverica provides non-attorney immigration document-preparation assistance at client direction only, including through immigration consultant document-preparation personnel where applicable. Clients are encouraged to review information about authorized immigration service providers at the California Secretary of State website, USCIS.gov, and EOIR-recognized organization resources.
California law regulates immigration consultants and prohibits any person who is not an attorney or authorized representative from giving legal advice about an immigration matter, representing someone in an immigration proceeding, or charging a fee for referring someone to an attorney. Imverica does not engage in any of these prohibited activities.
