Pricing basics
What is included in the Imverica fee?
Our fee covers document preparation, form assembly, formatting, attachment organization, and final delivery of a filing-ready packet based on the information and documents you provide.
What is not included?
Government filing fees, court fees, mailing, service of process, certified copies, translations, notary fees, attorney review, and legal advice are separate unless your written quote specifically includes them.
Why do some prices say "from" or "custom quote"?
Some packets depend on page count, number of applicants, number of defendants, exhibits, prior filings, or court history. We review the intake first and send a written quote before any paid work begins.
Can discounts or payment plans apply?
Yes. First-time client, family bundle, multi-form bundle, referral, and fee-waiver discounts may apply. Payment plans are available for selected larger packages when approved before work starts.
When is the final price locked?
The final price is locked in the written engagement agreement. If new facts or extra work appear later, we quote the add-on first and only proceed after you approve it.
When should I talk to an attorney?
Use an attorney or accredited representative when you need legal advice, strategy, representation, contested hearings, appeals, waivers, criminal consequences, or help deciding what legal option to choose.
Important — please read
All prices above are for document preparation only. They are quoted in US dollars, exclude government filing fees (USCIS / court / Secretary of State / county clerk), and exclude any optional services like mailing, translation certification, or attorney review. A written engagement agreement locks the final price before any work begins, in your language (English, Russian, Ukrainian, or Spanish), per Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§6410, 6411 and §§22441, 22442.

We do not give legal advice, do not establish an attorney-client relationship, do not represent you in court or before USCIS / EOIR, and do not recommend which form you should file. All work is performed under the self-represented party's direction. If your situation needs legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.
