Imverica Legal Solutions was born in Sacramento, California — consistently ranked one of the most ethnically and linguistically diverse cities in the United States. That setting isn't decoration; it's the reason we exist. Every block of this city is somebody's first stop in America, somebody's small business, somebody's family law file, somebody's I-485 packet sitting unopened because the cover letter is in a language they don't read. We built Imverica to be the office those neighbors can actually walk into — affordable, multilingual, honest, and built around what a working family needs from a legal-document professional.
Who we are
Imverica Legal Solutions is the registered trade name (dba) of Imverica LLC, a California limited liability company. We are a team of California-registered Legal Document Assistants (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§6400–6415) and Immigration Consultants (§§22440–22448) with years of paralegal experience across USCIS petitions, EOIR immigration court filings, California family law, small claims, unlawful detainer, probate, and business filings. We work two ways: as independent paralegal support for law firms, where the attorney directs the work and stays counsel of record, and directly for self-represented clients, where you direct the work and we prepare the documents you choose. When a matter needs legal judgment beyond what an LDA may provide, we say so plainly and recommend that you consult a licensed attorney of your choice. That honesty keeps us inside our scope, keeps the client protected, and keeps the work grounded in real practice rather than checklist data entry.
We were built on three commitments, and we'd rather lose work than break them:
- Honesty about scope. If your matter needs a lawyer, we say so on the first call and refer you out. We don't bill for "consultations" to find out whether you've come to the right place — that's free.
- Honesty about price. Flat fees published before you commit. No hourly creep. No surprise add-ons in the second invoice.
- Honesty about outcomes. We prepare documents at your direction. We don't tell you whether you qualify, we don't predict whether USCIS or a judge will say yes, and we never guarantee a result. Anyone who does isn't an LDA — they're either an attorney or someone you shouldn't trust.
Why we exist
Most people who need legal paperwork done don't need a lawyer. They need the right form, filled out correctly, filed on time, in their own language. They need someone to pick up the phone, listen, and not charge $400 an hour to do data entry. That's the gap California's Legal Document Assistant program was designed to fill, and that's the gap we fill — transparently, affordably, and in the language our clients actually speak at home.
Adjustment of status, green card renewal, naturalization, asylum, divorce, small claims, eviction defense, business formation — most of these need a careful pair of hands and someone who'll explain what's happening in your own language, not a courtroom litigator. When a case genuinely needs an attorney, we tell you, and we work alongside one through our supervising attorney panel. That's the line California's LDA framework was built around, and we hold it.
Four languages, real people
Every intake, every document, every follow-up email — we work natively in English, Russian, Ukrainian, and Spanish. Not Google Translate. Not a chatbot reading scripts. Real humans who grew up speaking these languages, who understand the cultural context behind your question, who won't make you re-explain a term you already used. When the form is in English, we walk you through every box; when the situation is in Russian, we listen in Russian.
What makes us different
- Transparent pricing. Flat fees by document or matter, posted before you commit. No "consultation" charges to find out what something costs. We tell you the price first; you decide if it's worth it.
- UPL discipline. We prepare documents at your direction — we don't recommend which form to file, we don't predict outcomes, we don't tell you whether you qualify. That's an attorney's job, and we refer to attorneys when a matter genuinely needs one. This isn't a marketing line; it's how California's LDA program works and it protects you.
- Speed. Most quotes back within the same business day. Most documents prepared within 48 hours of intake. We won't make you wait two weeks for a USCIS form you could have mailed today.
- Multilingual support end-to-end. Intake, document preparation, and post-filing communication all happen in your language. Russian-speaking attorneys are scarce; we're not.
- Remote-first, statewide California, nationwide US for federal immigration. You don't need to drive to Sacramento. We work by phone, email, Telegram, and a secure client portal — sign documents electronically when allowed, mail originals when required.
- Built for both clients and attorneys. We work directly with self-represented individuals AND with licensed attorneys as their independent paralegal. See attorney-side engagement options.
What we do — and what we don't
What we prepare:
- Any USCIS form for any state — federal immigration is federal, your state of residence doesn't matter (I-485 adjustment, I-130 family petition, I-765 work permit, I-589 asylum, N-400 naturalization, I-90 green card renewal, I-131 travel document, I-864 affidavit of support, RFE responses, full evidence packets).
- EOIR immigration court filings nationwide (EOIR-29, 42A, 42B, motions, country-conditions packets, witness declarations).
- California family law (FL-100/110/120 divorce, FL-150/160 financial disclosures, FL-300 RFOs, custody, support, judgment packages).
- California small claims and civil (SC-100 through SC-140, demand letters, wage garnishment, abstract of judgment).
- California unlawful detainer (UD-100/105/110, three-day notices, default packets).
- California probate (DE-111/121/160/221/295, small estate affidavits, inventory, final distribution, final discharge).
- California record-cleanup / petition-for-dismissal packets (CR-180/181), including DUI and other eligible cases at the client's direction.
- California business formation (LLC-1, LLC-12, ARTS-GS, FBN, EIN support).
- Certified document translation (Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish ↔ English) and apostille coordination.
What we don't do — by design and by law: we don't give legal advice, we don't represent you in court, we don't sign pleadings, we don't negotiate with opposing counsel, and we don't recommend which form you should file. If your situation genuinely needs an attorney (litigation, strategy, court appearances), we'll tell you that on the first call and help you find one. We'd rather lose the matter and keep your trust than oversell what an LDA can do.
Registration and consumer protection
Imverica Legal Solutions is registered under California's Legal Document Assistant statute (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§6400–6415) and Immigration Consultant statute (§§22440–22448). California requires LDAs to register with the county clerk, post a $25,000 bond, complete training, and renew annually — protections the state built so consumers know who's preparing their documents. Current registration numbers and bond information are posted on every intake agreement; reference letters and verification available on request.
For federal immigration work (USCIS petitions, EOIR filings), the applicable authority is California's Immigration Consultant Act and federal regulation 8 CFR §1.2 / §292.1 — paralegal-style document preparation under client direction is permitted nationwide as long as we never give legal advice, never appear before USCIS or EOIR as your representative, and disclose at every step that we are not attorneys or accredited representatives.
