Many people call this “expungement,” but California Courts describe it as cleaning your record or asking for dismissal. We prepare the court forms and supporting packet at your direction for DUI and other qualifying misdemeanor or felony matters. We do not decide eligibility, give criminal or immigration advice, or promise a court outcome.
What we prepare
- CR-180 — Petition for Dismissal.
- CR-181 — Order for Dismissal for the court to sign.
- MC-025 / MC-031 — attachments or declarations when more explanation is needed.
- POS-030 / POS-040 — proof of service when required by local court procedure.
- FW-001 — Request to Waive Court Fees when the client wants fee-waiver paperwork prepared.
- County-specific local forms, filing coversheets, and packet assembly when the county requires them.
DUI and other cases
DUI record-cleanup packets often require exact court-case information: county, case number, conviction date, offense code, probation status, sentence completion, and whether any new case is pending. We turn that information into a clean filing packet, but we do not advise whether the court should grant the petition or whether filing is safe for a non-citizen. Immigration consequences should be reviewed with an attorney before filing.
What we do not do
Imverica is a registered California Legal Document Assistant, not a law firm. We cannot appear in criminal court, negotiate with the district attorney, advise on eligibility, advise about immigration consequences, or guarantee that the court will dismiss or reduce a conviction.
