Form SC-133, the Memorandum of Costs After Judgment, lets a judgment creditor add the additional costs of collecting — like service fees and enforcement costs — and credit any payments received, so the court record reflects the true balance the debtor owes.
When you use SC-133
- After you win and incur costs enforcing the judgment (sheriff fees, recording, etc.).
- To record payments the debtor has made and update the remaining balance.
- Costs must be reasonable and allowed by statute, and claimed within the time limits.
What we prepare
- SC-133 Memorandum of Costs from the receipts and amounts you provide.
- Proof of service of the memorandum on the debtor.
